The Cabin NYC is a destination where rustic charm meets culinary creativity. Each season, the decor transforms, bringing a fresh ambiance that keeps each visit unique and exciting. With colorful accents, whimsical decorations, and a nod to nature, the interior feels like a beautiful woodland hideaway, perfect for intimate dinner dates or lively gatherings with friends.
One of the standout elements on their menu is the diverse selection of dishes that cater to both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. For those seeking indulgence, the Truffle Fries ($14) are a must-try, featuring hand-cut pommes frites delicately topped with black truffle cheddar and a drizzle of truffle aioli. The Glazed Bacon ($14) is a revelation too, with thick-cut bacon glazed to perfection, providing a sweet and savory bite that dances on the palate.
For a heartier option, the Bison Meatballs ($16) deliver bold flavors with a rich Pomodoro sauce that elevates the ground bison, while the Jammin' Bacon Cheeseburger promises a juicy experience with marinated bison meat layered with all the classic fixings. Vegetarians will find solace in the Veggie Burger ($18), featuring the ever-popular Beyond Meat, which proves just as satisfying and flavorful.
Make sure to visit during brunch, where the retro vibes are palpable with dishes like Pac's Potatoes and Eggs ($14) and the hearty Chandler Bing Burrito ($15), allowing you to savor every nostalgic moment. The cocktails are equally captivating, with seasonal varieties like the Cabin Spicy Margarita and the Campfire Old Fashioned ensuring that your beverage perfectly complements your meal.

“ I’ve been coming here for over 6years & it’s been consistently great every time. Service, food & drinks are a great match! The ambiance and decor is changed every season. Perfect place to take someone on a date. ”
“ The Cabin is a great spot for drinks. It features shareable small plates and a great atmosphere. I will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. I provided photos of what we ordered that I would order again in a heartbeat. Drinks are 15-17 each. I got Citrus Bloom, Purple Envy(both are seasonal and may not be there depending when you visit.) For my 3rd drink I had the Cabin Spicy Margarita and to close I had the Campfire Old Fashioned. For shareable plates, everything ordered was for 2 people and work great portion wise. There were Truffle Fries, Salmon Cakes, Meatballs and Glazed Bacon Steak.. Amazing spot for a date. Atmosphere is everything for me and this spot delivers. I also included the menus as of(April 2024) ”
“ This place is excellent! A beautiful rustic cabin interior. Cozy and romantic seating and bar. The service, food and drinks are top notch! The interesting thing about this place is that they change their interior decor based on the seasons. Now the inside is stunningly decorated with fall foliage and other decor and their menu also changes with the seasons! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Joey and his staff and they took the time to explain what new and exciting things they were offering. The Spiked hot apple cider is absolutely phenomenal! The food would also knock your socks off. The butternut squash ravioli, the fall salad, and the blackened shrimp are wonderful. The salad was insanely fresh and the raviolis had this hint of cinnamon I think, that was awesome. Don't even get me started on their year round items too. We ordered the truffle fries, bacon steak, and burrata which was on another level. The burrata was the best I ever had in my life. If you haven't been here yet, you're really missing out. Its got everything you need for the perfect romantic date night. ”
“ Staff was very warm & welcoming. I came alone for the throwback brunch & sat at the bar. I loved the 90’s music & pics on the TV with the record menu! Really felt like a throwback brunch. I got the chicken & waffles, the potatoes, & the 3 drink special. Everything was good! ”
“ Walking in was like a whimsical forest of trees and flowers. Fun stuffed bear decor and animal prints all around. There's even a beautifully decorated indoor swing and an outdoor patio. This is the perfect spot for drinks and small bites. The drink menu was really well thought out for the season. My friends and I enjoyed the Summer Sangria and the recommended 21 Questions Cocktail. So refreshing. The Food: the favorite of the night, and I highly recommend: the savory glazed bacon steak. Thick cut bacon with a maple glaze. Both flavors compliment one another well. - The crispy Brussels were light and airy. It was perfect! - Seasonal salad: watermelon Cucumber Salad. I was surprised that there was prosciutto in it. Comes with a light dressing and very refreshing for the summer. - The fried chicken with honey chili was also very good. Crispy and juicy paired with that dipping sauce was da bomb. I used it to dip my fries, just because. The truffle fries are a good sharing plate. Desserts were also classics, S'mores and Apple Pie. Can't go wrong with either. ”
“ Sunday Throwback Brunch was such a vibe!!!! The atmosphere and decor is just sooooo COZY!! The food and drink menu had plenty of amazing choices to pick from. Mimosas and Spicy Margaritas were amazing... keep them coming kind of amazing. BLT w/ fries was such a great choice for someone who wants something filling but fresh and light-- NOT TO MENTION THE BREAD -YUM. Amish fried chicken and waffles, perfect combo of savory and sweet and that CINNAMON BUTTER. Pack that up and sell it!! Cleanliness in the restaurant and bathrooms were great. 2 bathrooms. Bar seating and also booth seating available. Lisa and Jon Jon were super helpful with the menu and have Excellent customer service. Will definitely come again! Street available parking. No reservations on a Sunday afternoon-- but I would call beforehand because the place starting getting full as it should! ”
“ Have brunch while listening to the beet 90s hiphop jams. Breakfast burrito is great. Ask for extra house hot sauce. The 3 brunch cocktails for 10 are an awesome deal! ”
